I shall officially announce that Brunei Times is my number one local paper. hehehe.

Ahmad Muaz Hj Roslan, a representative of the chief judge, said that the
speeches have been well-researched and the participants carried strong, clear
voices necessary for public speaking.

However, he stressed the need to exude an appropriate amount of personality
to inject some life into their presentations. Other issues raised was the need
to be less reliant on cue cards, as well as increased interaction with the
audience.
