Yesterday, I went to Pablo’s place; which is amazingly easy to find since his simpang is the simpang that I tend to always wrongly enter (thanks to my not-so-superb sense of direction) whenever I want to go to Wesmart.
Bunny prepared a few of her chosen cakes and muffins for today’s tasting; and I have to say, I LOVE her baking. Screw dieting, her cakes and muffins were to die for.
My favourite amongst the ones she served was the Blueberry Soya Cheesecake. A fantastic choice for the health-concerned, why? Because it’s made with Soya Beans. And I have this great love for cheesecakes with biscuit crumbles; the contrast between the very soft top and slightly crunchy grinded biscuits tastes like heaven in my mouth. *drools*
The other one that caught my attention was the Strawberry and white chocolate muffin. Most of the time, whenever there’s a cake or whatnot that says it’s strawberry flavoured, I normally reject it as most are merely strawberry by name and not by taste. (Dear manufacturers, the fact that you used pink colouring does not mean that your manufactured good is strawberry flavoured; whoever gave you that ridiculous idea should receive a very formal smack in the head by moi). But Bunny’s are different as her muffins are (bless her amazing sense with choice of ingredients) actually made with real fresh strawberries, and it’s uber delicious.
And of course she served her famous Chocolate KitKat cupcake, which I do not need to review.
All and all, Pablo and Bunny did a splendid job in entertaining and accommodating to all those who came. Kudos to the both of you, and I LOVE your house.

Muaz.. thank you for coming. I showed this post to Bunny and both of us were laughing at your write-up about the strawberries muffins. I honestly believe you do a good job being a food critic because you write very well. I have asked Bunny to invite you to be her food review whenever she tries new stuff. hehee.. Keep in touch..
